Hi,
I have already "Creative cloud all programs" plan and pay monthly full price.
Now I have started to study at the University and want to change my payment to a cheaper payplan with a student discount.
When i try to do this at you website it tells me that i already have the full program and cant change.
Can you help me with this please.

You have to cancel your old plan to be able to buy a new plan
Customer support (which this is NOT) may be able to help you do the switch without the usual cancellation fee
