Change to Student Plan

Question

I have purchased an annual plan for Adobe Acrobat pro with a regular account a month ago even I am an undergradute student (I really needed the service immediately). Is it possible to switch from the regular plan to the student Creative Cloud Subscription now? If yes, how can I change the plan? Thank you!
