Good morning!
As an employer, we used to give our employees an opportunity to set autopay of their Adobe Creative Cloud subscription with the help of a company's corporate account. One of our former employees has changed login details before the termination, so now we don't have any access to the employee's Adobe account, but money are charged from us. What should we do?
Thank you!

you should never allow anyone to control a subscription you pay for.
do you have a teams or enterprise subscription?

Thank you for your response. No, we don't have an interprise subscription yet, because Adobe Creative Cloud subscription is needed only for our small design team. We don't allow this any more, nowadays our employees pay for the subscription by themselves and we compensate their expenses.

You made a BIG mistake by paying and letting the employee own the account information
This space is provided by Adobe, but this is not Adobe support
Sorry, nobody here can help with an account or payment problem
This is a public forum, you need the link to Adobe support, not other users
Help Center https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html is a good place to start
Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the Covid virus, so wait times are long

As I often say to people considering this set up: "if an employee leaves you've given them a nice gift".
