Hi, I recently email Google pay but they haven't replied anything to me todayI respectfully request a refund of €16.99 due to a charge I received for a free trial. The trial was supposed to be free until its conclusion; however, when I upgraded to premium by clicking on the free trial option, my PayPal account was charged.
I would really appreciate it if a representative from Adobe could reach out to me

hi I've been emailing Google play at first they asked me to verify the account on an email after I verify I haven't heard anything again from them I need help I did the payment through Google pay also I reach out to other customer service did say everything have to be done through android? i'm a little bit confused who can help me

The subscription is managed through the Google Play Store, Flawless_Sharpness. Adobe has not received any money for the commitment that you began through the Google Play Store. Did you try the suggestions offered by Kanika at https://adobe.ly/3WP0gVf and attempt the cancellation process through Google? ^JW
