I would like someone from Adobe to explain to me WHY I have been charged $14.99 on 3/26/21 for my Adobe Acrobat Pro DC? I checked my Account/Plans/Billing History and it is BLANK. My order history is also BLANK. In fact, I have NO plans with Adobe. listed on my account. I need an explaination on this charge and I would like a refund. Before you tell me to call customer service, don't. I tried hundreds of times and I kept getting HUNG UP on. You cannot reach anyone on the phone.
Please cancel whatever you are charging me because I shouldn't be charged anything.
