I cancelled my Adobe Illustrator free trial before the trial period ended, and I even received a cancellation confirmation email (screenshot attached). However, despite this cancellation, my account was charged on 4 September.
Could you please help me resolve this issue and get a refund?
I have proof of the cancellation email, so I believe this payment was made in error.

Was this an Illustrator single-app trial? Your screenshot only mentions Adobe Stock, which is a separate license.

if you cancelled witin the cancellation period, refunds require up to 14 days.
