Charged after cancelling subscription

I'm being charged after my free trial was cancelled on the first day. £23.99 IS PENDING to be taken out of my account and on the website it still says my subscription is active even though I have recieved an email CONFIRMING my cancellation. I need my money back. It wont cancel the subscription NOR will it let me remove my card details.

contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
