Charged after free trial but account says I didn't pay

I got the free trial of Premiere Pro and was planning on paying for the subscription after the trial ended so I wasn't suprised when it was charged I was however suprised when my subscription didn't show up on my adobe account. I was planning on using premiere right now but I can't since it says I ran out of the free trial even though I was charged.


On my adobe account it shows I have no billing history and no products.

 

I was charged $22.72 through Paypal if that is relevent.

If it doesn't work, then you need to contact support.
Login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.

Click on the chat icon on the bottom right, and type AGENT to avoid bots and talk to a human.

I'm not too familiar nwith all the technical facits; abbreviation lingo:

Be sure you are logged into the correct Adobe account. If you created two Adobe accounts, you must pay, and log in to the apps, from the same one.

same here, exept i paid 240 for the anual subscription, where you at adobe
