Charged double for Adobe Trial after cancelling subscription & Unable to delete Credit Card details

Hi,

I was charged 20.99 USD twice on 31st March 2023 and on 4th April 2023 (this one is immediately after I  cancelled my trial subcription). I have cancelled within the designated timeslot (screenshot attached), please immediately refund 41.98 USD back to my credit card.

Also how can I get charged on my credit card immediately after cancelling my subcription ?? This is cheating. Please remove my card details from your system immediately.

Please confirm on email when both these things are done.

Hi there,

Happy to help!

We see that you have cancelled the subscription and also we have initiated a refund the same day. It will take 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Also, at our end we see that you have been charged only once on 31st March.

Further, we would request you to contact our Customer Support team and you will get all the help you require in order to resolve the issue.

If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.

Please do not share any personal/confidential information like email ID, bank details, etc here. This is a public forum.

Hope the information was helpful to you. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Sincerely,
