I tried to do a 7 day free trial for Adobe acrobat premium and immediately I get charged 60 francs. This is absolutely criminal and the fact they don't respond to any of my emails is insane. What the hell do I do to get my money back I have absolutely no use for this app I just want my money back.

What email address did you send to? Did you try to use the other contact channels (phone or chat)?

adobe doesn't use email. you can phone or chat.
