I tried to do a 7 day free trial for Adobe acrobat premium and immediately I get charged 60 francs. This is absolutely criminal and the fact they don't respond to any of my emails is insane. What the hell do I do to get my money back I have absolutely no use for this app I just want my money back.

acrobat-android-support@adobe.com I don't know if this is correct or not
but filled out a customer care form on their website asking why I was
charged without the trial

adobe doesn't use email.   you can phone or chat.

chatting is the quickest.  follow the suggestion by @LinSims

to phone (not recommended because of disconnects and wait times), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
