Charged Twice for Subsciption

I was charged twice for my subscription, and need a refund on the extra charge.

Is a chargeback my only option? I tried contacting Adobe directly by email, and posting to a forum doesn't seem like it's going to help much. @Adobe please let me know if you can assist.

Customer service bot showed my duplicate charge, but live representative was unable to provide further insight and suggested I create a disputed charge with my bank, which is what I did.

 

Canceling my subsciption isn't an option, nor would it be advisable, since the charge related to my subscription isn't the duplicate/erroneous charge. I only have one account, and no further email addresses have ever been given to Adobe.

Evang, thanks for posting questions about charges to your account in this public discussion forum. I only see one active subscription under your account. You have less than a day to complete the steps listed in https://adobe.ly/3Y8XQlM and cancel your subscription without a fee.
