On the 2nd of February, I was charged a discounted price for adobe creative cloud monthly. Today I received another charge at full price when I have already paid for the month. On top of all of this, my plan that was monthly with no cancellation fee (because it wasn't yearly) must've been updated without my knowledge by the support staff that offered me the discount which now will not allow me to cancel my account unless I pay £60. It would mean a lot if somebody could help or point me in the correct place to contact someone.
