Chat archives on Creative Cloud console via your chat system to get help

Dear Adobe,

 

Could you provide us the information of our chat/support iquiry to your chat system by the Creative Cloud console?

I'd like to refer previous chat in 2020, 2021, 2022. However, I cannot find the information in my inbox of Gmail. It's already gone from the inbox.
