Chat Bot is the worst

The Adobe chatbot is the absolute worst thing to happen to customer service since the circular phone bank systems are designed to keep you from talking to a human who is capable of actually fixing issues with your software.

 

It doesn't offer tech support options other than installation problems, and it runs in circles endlessly when trying to get tech support answers. It is the most maddening customer service tool ever invented and should be relegated to wherever laser discs and zip drives went. 

 

I was 100% ready to abandon Adobe products entirely simply due to the harrowing experience in chat bot hell I had with this "tool"

it's just like automated phone answering systems.  you have to learn what to do to bypass the recorded/canned stuff.
