Solicité la prueba gratuita por 7 días en el plan de estudiante, caso que después de ese tiempo fui cargado con 186.000 COP y no con los 39.182 COP que vale el plan de esudiante. Llevo ya más de una semana intentando ponerme en contacto con un asesor para poder resolver esta situación, pero es imposible, ninguna línea funciona y el chat virtual tampoco. Requiero que se haga un reembolso y también que el plan se ajuste al cobro que está estipulado para el plan estudiantil.
