cobro indebido

Hola.  Tengo en mi tarjeta varios cobros que no tengo claro a qué corresponden.  

El pasado septiembre se acabó una cuenta que tenía con la escuela donde estudiaba.  Yo pensé que esa cuenta ya se había caducado por lo que, con ese mismo email, había pagado el plan por aparte.  Se me cobraron 4 meses de esa cuenta que estaba además siendo pagada paralelamente por la escuela.  Al acabarse la suscripción con la escuela dejé de poder utilizar los servicios, logicamente, sin embargo, tengo más cargos realizados a mi cuenta por parte de adobe.  Justo este sábado 1 de octubre han hecho uno que sigue retenido en mi cuenta y no sé a qué corresponde.

 

Quisiera solucionar dos cosas: 1.  Los cargos de julio a septiembre que no debieron ser cobrados en una cuenta que ya tenía los servicios pagados desde la escuela.

2.  que no me sigan cargando pagos que no corresponden.

 

Agradezco la ayuda.  Esta fue la única manera que encontré para meter una incidencia.
