Hola quiero compartir el miedo que tengo con Adobe, me hicieron un cargo mensual, yo no ocupo la app pero olvide cancelar cuando me dieron los días gratis de prueba, hoy amanecí con un cobro muy elevado de comisión que no puedo pagar cancelar la suscripción, que va pasar mañana? Cómo elimino mi tarjeta, no deja hacerlo, no sabia que esta empresa era estafadora, y de Chile que puedo hacer? Alguien sabe cómo pedir que te devuelvan ese dinero? Con que entidad debes verlo?

Si eso lo comprendo asumo los dos meses cobrados pero una comisión tan alta por irme de un servicio, que no uso o no quiero seguir usando, es un abuso por donde los miren, es un robo y te están vulnerando, la empresa debe hacerse cargo.

i can't determine what you were presented with when subscribing. in the usa it's clear when subscribing that there's an annual paid monthly. but my opinion isn't important.
you can make your case to adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

Es cierto, es un abuso ese cobro.
Aparte, es super complejo tratar de cancelar. Cuando lo intentas, aparece un logo de que hay una factura pendiente y que no puedes cancelar. Leí que si no hacías nada, simplemente se daría de baja el plan. Gran mentira!!! Me aplicaron el cargo dos días después. Ahora me dicen que me van a hacer un cargo por la mitad del plan cuando justo es Adobe quien no me deja cancelar.

También he tratado de hablar con agentes en distintos horarios, pero siempre es lo mismo... Nunca hay nadie disponible por estar fuera de horario :S. ¿Cuáles son sus horarios? Ese chat ni si quiera sabe responder esa pregunta tan simple.

Tengo el mismo problema, no puedo cancelar la suscripción después de haber comprado la version manager. En el chat nunca hay un agente disponible. Es un abuso por parte de Adobe. ¿Alquien sabe cómo se puede reclamar o acceder a hablar con un ser humano y no con un robot de IA?

En redes sociales me dieron la siguiente solución al problema de que no te oermiten cancelar y te quieren obligar pagr por un servicio que vas a usar:
1. Cambiate de plan
2. Dado que te acabas de cambiar de plan, lo podrás cancerlar
3. Te van cobrar la parte proporcional del plan que cancelaste, pero ya no es tab abusivo como el primer pago que tenías que hacer.
4. Del plan nuevo no te van a cobrar porque estás en periodo de cancelación. Pero cancela de inmediato para que no te vuelva a pasar.

Solo así pude cancelar. Me dió miedo cambiar el plan y que me fuera peor, pero me arriesgué y al final funcionó.
