Hola buenas tardes, lo que sucede es que desde hace días quiero cancelar el plan que tengo, lo hice intento desde el día 5 de septiembre y mi plan lo pague el día 29 de agosto, pero se me quiere cobrar un abono, pero se lee que dentro de los 14 días se puede cancelar el plan SIN ABONO, yo ya no puedo seguir con el plan, mucho menos pagar el abono. QUIERO AYUDA URGENTE.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

He querido contactarme con un agente por el chat y solo me dice "Gracias por comunicarte", he llamado y me dicen que no hay disponibles, quiero una solución porque no puedo cancelar otro mes de plan mucho menos ese abono por suscripción.

QUIERO CANCELAR LA SUSCRIPCIÓN, pero se me cobra el abono. Y lo he estado realizando desde el 5 de septiembre. Por favor darme una solución porque ya se me cobrara el dinero del mes y no deseo el plan, porque necesito el dinero para gastos laborales.
