Question

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

    chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

    twitter:
    tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

You simply can't cancel if you have still outstanding amounts to pay. First you need to pay your outstanding invoices, then you can cancel. You cannot simply take a plan and then stop paying, in the hope that the outstanding due goes away. That's not how business works.

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
Support phone numbers may be found here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html. Please note that phone charges may apply.

    Thank you for your answer!

First of all excuse me for my english.

The thing is that I forgot to cancel it before the 7 days of trial ended. I didn't want to "resub" because their products don't fit my necessities. I tried adobe after effects and it's not what I thought, so I'm not going to pay like 60$ for something that I have not even used during this month.

It's OK, your Spanish is better than mine. If you are at the beginning of your paid subscription (first 14 days), you can cancel free of charge and the first monthly charge will be refunded. Thereafter, you have an annual subscription, where you will need to negotiate your way out. It is not in Adobe's interest to have unhappy customers, however, so they normally let you go in such situations.

As you contacted Adobe support, they cancelled and there will be no charge to your card, which is cheaper to all parties involved.

Good luck for your future enterprises.
