Company name was removed from my profile, now accounting cannot book invoice because it's missing

Hello,

I purchased a month of Adobe Acrobat PRO on 06.01.2022, which had the company name printed on it.

After a year, I needed another month of Adobe Acrobat Pro and purchased this again with out company credit card, but I did not see that the company name was erased from my profile beforehand (which was not done by myself!).

Now accounting is very unhappy with the invoice they need to book and I need help what can be done to maybe correct the invoice...?

Is there any way anybody can help me?

you're welcome.

Ok support was able to figure this all out - they updated the invoice with company name & address (there was only zipcode shown) and the email should be ignored because the subscription was in a kind of "gray state" which triggered this sort of email to be send. The subscription is now terminated and we will purchase it again (for a month or so, we don't need a yearly subscription) when we have to build more PDF forms with JS code inside.

This was actually a really good expirience support-wise and I want to thank you again for pointing me in the right direction! Accounting is happy and I can sleep better knowing everything is alright with payment & invoice 🙂

The second purchase was on 09.01.2023.

I'm also not able to enter the invoice-address anywhere and I also cannot find any option to update my payment information - it's all round-trip from list of invoices to "account", back and forth...

contact adobe support so they can help you make the correct (3rd purchase and not charge an early cancellation fee (of 2nd purchase).  there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true
