I had a 4 week class which required Adobe. I had options for yearly, monthly or one time payment of $34.95 for a single month which is what I choose. Go figure, I was charged this month for an additional $34.95. I called and was told that the one time payment simply meant there were no cancellation fees but it was reoccurring. No where did it say it was a reoccurring payment or clearly I would have cancelled considering my class is over and I no longer need it. The guy said he would cancel it and refund my the $34.95 but still haven't received my refund. Not sure what to do, or if I should reach out to FTC since this was misleading information, and there wasn't anything staying this payment was reoccurring that the one time payment only meant there was no cancellatioin fees. As a full time college student and single parent of 4 y/o twins money is extremely tight and I need my refund. I'm afraid the guy simply cancelled it but didn't actually refund the $34.95 I was charged.
