contact email address for Adobe customer services

ineed to email customer services about my plan as i am unable to cancel in my account. 

 

i am placed on constant loops in the account when i attemot cancel or contact through chat (this is non-existant) so just need an email address. 

 

can i get one please?

there is nothing displayed on the screen allowing me initiate a chat session. 

 

as per my original post everytine i click on contact us within the website it brings me back to the same page. 

 

i have tried on multiple bwosers and have cleared ny cache.

I don't see any Adobe Stock subscription associated with the Adobe ID you are using here on the forums. Please confirm your subscriptions by logging into https://account.adobe.com with the correct Adobe ID.

 

If you are having issues reaching customer care then I'd recommend signing using private or incognito mode when accessing  You might have a browser extension that is interfering with the site.

There is no email address. You must use chat or phone.

Tip: someone may contact you to tell you an email address. Look closely at it, because it won't end @17309390 - this will be a scammer, who wants your money, access to your computers, your Adobe account details etc. etc.
