Hello, I would like to ask about cancel of cancellation of plan. I have cancelled the plan by accident by my co-worker that have access to account. With that action, the system has cancelled my subscription and I have to pay for cancelling fee. I need to know that can I resume and continue to use Adobe with my plan and get my fee back? Like I never cancel it in the first place.

In no case may an account or password be shared. Your co-worker should not have had the opportunity to make this mistake. You can try contacting Adobe, but this apparent sharing of a password or account may take some explaining. Warning: if someone contacts you, they are much more likely to be a scammer than real Adobe support.

Yeah, normally nobody should not have accessible to account but I have to work simultaneously with my co-worker as we shared files between 2 device. And he think he should cancel subscription without telling me. That is not entirely a mistake but I just make it short. Sorry for confusing.

LATEST

Based on old messages on the prior forum, the idea behind allowing activation on 2 devices is a desktop and laptop for travel

You are not only not allowed to share your account, you are not allowed to be using 2 devices at the same time

Cloud License allows 2 activations at a time http://www.adobe.com/legal/licenses-terms.html
-you may use on ONE computer at a time, and you may NOT share your subscription

However it happened, nobody here can help

This space is provided by Adobe, but this is not Adobe support
Sorry, nobody here can help with an account or payment problem
