continuous annual increases in subscription prices

Dear Adobe Support Team,

I have been a loyal Adobe customer since 2004 and am a dedicated user of your products, especially Adobe Photoshop. In addition to using the software in my professional activities, I also teach Photoshop at a Senior University, and have consistently recommended Photoshop to my students, reinforcing trust in the Adobe brand.

However, I would like to express my concern about the continuous annual increases in subscription prices. This trend is becoming increasingly difficult to sustain—particularly considering that the image-editing software market is evolving rapidly, with new AI-based alternatives competing directly with Adobe and often offering more affordable options.

Therefore, I would like to kindly inquire if there is any possibility of receiving more attractive pricing, whether through loyalty discounts for long-time customers, special terms for instructors, or any alternative solution that would allow me to continue using Adobe products without having to consider competing options on the market.
