Hello everyone, I have an expired creative cloud subscription, activated two years ago. I'm currently taking a course involving Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign and I wanted to know if I could convert my subscription to a cheaper version for those following training courses. Can someone help me? Thank you.

You could get a discounted subscription if you qualify for a student subscription. See the FAQ section at the bottom of the page linked below

you can't convert a subscription that doesn't exist any more, and you can't restart a subscription that no longer exists. you can start a new subscription, but whether you qualify for a less expensive subscription depends.
what do you think qualifies you for a less expensive subscription?

Thanks for the reply. On my profile the modification is prevented upon request for payment of the overdue fee. The reason for my request is that I am enrolled in a paid Adobe certification course and the administrators told me that those enrolled in training courses have discounts regarding creative cloud rates.

you need to contact adobe support to rectify the issue. there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
phone:

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

I was intent on trying the way you suggested when starting illustrator the plan choice message appeared, I tried to choose the one for students (like me) and it gave me permission to proceed with the payment, sending a copy of the identity document.
How do you think they can verify that I'm attending a course at a training school? I can proceed?
