Why is the cost of a creative cloud license (that includes all applications) higher per seat on the Teams plan compared to the individual plan?

My opinion: Because Team licenses offer more to a business. (Such as the ability to cancel and reassign licenses, which is impossible with individual plans - with an individual plan, if the employee leaves the company, the subscription remains as a nice gift to them).
