Costo di annullamento anticipato

Ho un abbonamento annuale con rinnovo mensile e, per annullare il mio contratto, devo pagare €152,44. Non c'è nessun modo per bloccare il mio abbonamento senza pagare il costo di annullamento?

What you have is the annual subscription that is paid in monthly installments.

 

The only ways to cancel without paying the cancellation fee are:

Cancel with 14 days of the initial subscription. (This is available only the first time you buy the subscription.)

Cancel within the month before the end of the subscription.

 

You can try talking to customer support to see if they'll waive the fee. Be prepared to be told 'no'.

Un abbonamento annuale di per sé si rinnova annualmente, non mensilmente. Come dicono le condizioni, puoi annullare il tuo abbonamento annuale in qualsiasi momento, pagando la tassa di risoluzione anticipata, che è la metà del rimanente dovuto. Per evitare la tariffa, devi annullare durante l'ultimo mese del tuo abbonamento.

Ciao ma se dappertutto c'è scritto che puoi annullare quando vuoi? Adesso devo pagare perché voglio annullarlo? Non mi sembra giusto. Scusa lo sfogo. E se sulla carta di credito non ci sono i soldi cosa succede? Ciao e 🙏 grazie.
