Well done Adobe, You have commenced billing your subscribes 100% fees without any prior notification, despite the ongoing devastation COVID is having on the creative industry.

There never was a COVID break. This was a weird media myth, which got people to try to cancel, which triggers (one time, for some people) an offer of an extension instead. Adobe didn't set this up for COVID.

There actually was. If you reached out to Adobe, they offered up to 3 months breaks as Covid-19 impacted all our lives. They have now started billing again without notifying subscribers. As much as we appreciate the break, it would have been nice to have been notified before received notification that payment had commenced again.

Why would you need to be notified? If you got the break in, say, April, all you had to do was count 3 months off to know that the rate would go back up in July.
