There never was a COVID break. This was a weird media myth, which got people to try to cancel, which triggers (one time, for some people) an offer of an extension instead. Adobe didn't set this up for COVID.

There actually was. If you reached out to Adobe, they offered up to 3 months breaks as Covid-19 impacted all our lives. They have now started billing again without notifying subscribers. As much as we appreciate the break, it would have been nice to have been notified before received notification that payment had commenced again.

What you can't Count? 3 months is 3 Months! Not 2 or 4.

Why would you need to be notified? If you got the break in, say, April, all you had to do was count 3 months off to know that the rate would go back up in July.

You guys need to have a quick look at the description in your title. It mentions 'professional', try and act that way.

Adobe generously set aside your payments for 3 months.  So you got exactly what was promised.  No extra fanfare required.
