Creative Cloud Code Redemption

Hi,

I purchased a redeem code in January, and it expired in February because I didn’t enter a new code to extend it. Now that I need it again, I bought a new redeem code, but when I entered it, it didn’t activate. Instead, I received a message saying that my package has been suspended. Can you please help me understand why this happened and how I can fix it?

From whom did you purchase the Redemption Code? 

If it was from a 3rd party vendor, you should contact them about the code. Maybe they sent you the wrong one.
