Hello Adobe-Community,
since I wasn't able to find a way to contact Adobe directly, I'll post here and hope for some help.
Yesterday I received five e-mails from Adobe. Someone created a Creative Cloud ID with my mail address, bought a plan and then changed the mail address to someone elses. Since I never had an Adobe ID up to this point, this seems to be a scam of some kind. I changed my login credentials for my mail account since then, but there didn't seem to be any unknown logins before, so I'm not sure what happened.
I'll provide some screenshots of the mails I received in this post, but I'll censor any personal information. The mail content will be in German, since I'm from Germany, just for clarification. If Adobe would like any concrete infos, please contact me directly or if a helpful community member could hint me at a way to contact Adobe, I'd be grateful.
Cheers,
Michael

Thanks for the quick response.
I followed your link and got in touch with them. I personally wasn't scammed directly, someone just used my mail address to place an order and used someone elses debit information for payment, but the plan is cancelled now and I hope the people who tried to pull that off, will be black listed or something.
Thanks again for the help and have a nice one.
