Hello,
From October 2021 onwards, I had a subscription for Creative Cloud for a year. After a month, I received an email from Adobe, that my cancelation was confirmed. However, I never cancelled; I had a yearlong subscription. Now, the apps are not available anymore and I can't use them.
I had the subscription via an external website (Surfspot, Dutch website for student discounts). I used it before and never had any problems. I contacted them, but they don't know the problem. I can’t use the redemption code again that Surfspot gave me in October. I tried to log out and in and checked that I use the right email.
I would like to call or chat with someone from Adobe, but that’s not possible, because I don't have a plan anymore.
Can someone help me?
