Creative Cloud renewed subscription and refund request

Hello! My Creative Cloud subscription, which has been active for a year, has been renewed annually today. I do not wish to continue using it. How can I cancel my subscription and receive a refund? The money that is deducted from my card annually will be refunded, won't it?

Hi @feri̇ha_2448,

Automatic refunds can only be initiated if the subscription is cancelled within first 14 days of purchase. Since your plan is 1+year old, it is ineligible for refund.

It is advisable to cancel the plan in the last month of the subscription to avoid getting the plan renewed.

You can still cancel the plan however, there would be some early termination fee. You may refer to this article for details: https://adobe.ly/4pd8LFH

Hi Shivangi_Gupta,

 

First year subscription paid as normal. Today second year renewal happened. I am asking for can I take second receipt fee back if i cancel the subscription. If it's happening only after early termination fee cut, it is okay. I just need to take refund for not be used services. Also I want to know how many early termination fee too.
