Creative Cloud sign in issues

I opened Creative Cloud and it had automatically signed me out. Every time I try to sign in, this shows up. My wifi is fine, as I've loaded this page on the same computer, and I know this is the correct email because I was sent a verification code. Inkedugh_LI.jpg
