I have a version of "Creative Suite 5.5 Webpremium Studentedition" from a friend from days gone by. Now I want to install and use it. The software has been removed on all old PCs and is no longer used. Is a transfer possible, even if I am no longer a student?

No.  A transfer of ownership is not possible because student editions are not eligible.

Besides, legacy Creative Suite is outdated and unsupported. It won't even install on modern Macs.  You would need to purchase a Creative Cloud plan.

Thanks for the info and the link.

I would like to take the current package, but for 3 or 4 small logos it is too expensive. Therefore I wanted to buy an older version.

You can't buy Creative Suite anymore.  All sales ended in 2017.

Creative Cloud is by subscription only.

Photoshop Elements is a raster image editor for under $100, no subscription required.

For creating logos, use Inkscape -- a free vector graphics editor.
