I have a question about Adobe credentials in general.
When I change my password, I have to remove all of my Windows credentials. Today, I removed something like 70, most of them Adobe credentials.
Is there a better way than deleting them one at a time?
Thanks much!
Cindy

that's an os issue. google your os and how to more efficiently do what you want to do.

you're performing a windows operation. if you have win 10 that's different than performing it on win 11 and if you had a mac etc.

Is there really no solution from Adobe for this? Today, there are at least 25 credentials - from today. If I try to bring this up to my IT department, they will not know how to fix it, and they will ask Adobe.
This is just ridiculous, the number of credentials.

ask your it person. i assume they're the one(s) that told you to remove those credentials. i've never seen anyone else need to do that.

I moved your post from the FrameMaker forum to over here since it didn't seem to have anything to do with FM itself.

Our instructions, when changing our password, are to remove all Generic Credentials in the Credential Manager. Here's a screen shot. Of course, right now there's no Adobe credentials listed:
