Hallo, ich wollte grade mein Adobe Code einlösen und dann kam dieser Fehler hier:

Sie können sich mit einer anderen Adobe ID anmelden oder sich an den Support wenden, wenn Sie Unterstützung benötigen. 

Wie kann ich diesen beheben?

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
