Death of a subscriber

Apparently I did not reply to my previously posted query soon enough and it is now closed. I am trying to cancel the subscription of a friend who died. I have his email address but not his password. Help is appreciated. When I got notification in my email that someone had replied to my previous query, I clicked on the link and tried to reply (via email which was the option given) and got an Undeliverable response. They don't make it easy.

The link takes me to a page at which the virtual assistant pops up, that is of no help at all. I do much better speaking to someone on the phone, and usually find my problems are quickly solved. I don't have the time required to get an answer, unfortunately. Adobe will just not get paid, and his subscription will expire, and hopefully that will be the end of it.
