I can't manage to remove my vat number from my acoount. I want to do this because I stopped/quited my business/studio. I want to remove my VAT number and start to pay the full taxes, you understand...? I am no longer a business but just an individual and want to use only Acrobat DX .

I called Adobe but it was 0% helpfull, they did not change anything.

Should I write a letter via postservice? I don t know what to do anymore. I have tried this the whole year again. I am no longer registrated as a business but still i dont have to pay taxes.....?????

Can anyone help me how to remove the vat number and restart paying taxes?

Thank you so much

Yours sincerely, Heleen

there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
