Desativei a cobrança automatica e fui cobrado.

Bom dia, utilizei o teste gratuito e nele cancelei a renovação automática porém mesmo assim o plano não foi desativado e agora estão me cobrando o plano anual sem possibilidade de desativar. Quero cancelar minha conta pois não tenho dinheiro para pagar. Não utilizei o adobe para além dos dias do teste gratuito.
