Question

Despite canceling my plan, I still get charged.

I subscribed to the trial plan but cancelled it as I no longer required the service. Despite this, I noticed an attempt by your company to deduct the monthly package fee of $19.90.

I kindly request your prompt assistance in resolving this issue.

Hi there,

We appreciate you reaching out. As per your account info, the cancellation has not been processed. You subscribed for Adobe Acrobat Pro on March 12, 2024 which makes the tenure 15days.

Could you confirm when did you cancel the subscription and did you get any confirmation email for the cancellation?

Looking forward to your response.

Thanks,

Shivangi

It's not my company, I'm a fellow subscriber. And you have hijacked a completly unrelated thread. I will detach this and move it to the corresponding forum.

First check your account, you may not have cancelled as you thought: https://account.adobe.com/plans

if you still have a plan, cancel that.

If you have cancelled, you got a confirmation e-mail. Check that e-mail.

If you have trouble canceling, contact Adobe customer care. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If you get contacted by direct message from a person, claiming to be an Adobe employee, look at that profile and check if they bear the “Adobe Employee” marking under their name. Adobe support does not use Skype to give you support.
If in doubt, ask the forum.
