Differentiating between personal and professional accounts

I go to a college, and the college has a Design program through which I use my college email. For when I am not on campus, I purchased Illustrator for personal use through the same account. However, something has happened so that it does not appear on my billed history through Adobe or as a plan I have subscribed to. This is worrying because they charged me last month and I cannot continue my projects on my own without having access to Illustrator.

I have tried to contact Adobe's customer service, and they continue to tell me to contact my IT department (I assume through the college), but what about my personal account with Adobe? It will not let me contact anyone, which is really frustrating 😞

I do not want to start a new subscription with Adobe in fear of being charged twice considering I cannot find the first subscription...

The same e-mail address might be difficult.

The question would be better suited in this forum: https://community.adobe.com/t5/account-payment-plan/ct-p/ct-account-payment-and-plan?page=1&sort=lat...

I hope a moderator will move it there soon.
