Disconnected email: log in impossible

I need your help, because here in Italy is impossible to talk with somone (humans!) in Adobe.

I have an account blocked into a disconnected email, so I can't neither log in because adobe ask me for the code sended to that unexistent address, nor change email for the same reason.

The problem is (add insult to injury) that adobe is charging me 60 euros per month for services I don't receive.

 

Please, help me

use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
