disdire il mio abbonamento

Salve vorrei disdire il mio abbonamento, ma ho visto che dovrei pagare 95€, non mi sembra giusto. Io ho avuto l'abbonamento per più di 6 anni. Non è giusto.

You didn't say which plan you subscribed to. The annual plans are deeply discounted from the month-to-month plans, which is why there is a fee for early cancellation of an annual commitment.

The three types of plans are:

• Annual plan, paid monthly
• Annual plan, prepaid
• Month-to-month plan

ie, there's a penalty (= 1/2 the amount remaining on your commitment) for cancelling an annual subscription paid monthly.  that will be zero penalty when cancelled just after the 12 payment of the year is received.
