Do I have to pay cancellation fee in the end of annual payment?

I have an annual monthly paid subscription until July 2021, and it says it will automatically be renewed. Do I have to pay a cancellation fee if I cancel the plan in July 2021 before it's renewed?

 

Need help. Thanks

you pay a cancellation fee if you cancel some number of months prior to july 2021.  you would then pay for 1/2 the remaining months.  ie, if you cancel in march 2021, you would pay a cancellation fee = 2 months (but you wouldn't be able to use cc for those 2 months. 

 

if you cancel in july, there are no remaining months and you fulfilled your lease obligation so no penalty and you can use cc through july.  just make sure you don't forget because if you cancel in august after the new one year (from 2021 to 2022) subscription has already started, you'll owe 5.5 (= 1/2 of 11) months cancellation fee.

As above No you do not have to pay a cancel fee if you cancel the plan BEFORE the DAY, The DATE, it is going to be renewed on.

 

I suggest you Cancel at least one week in advance of that DAT, DATE, and then every day check your Adobe Account to make sure the subscription has been canceled.

 

If you can't seeem to cancel then you need to contact Adobe directly through the Chat system.

No @Salmanrfq, you don't.  To avoid cancellation fees, wait to cancel until your 12th month of service after final payment is processed.  Set a reminder on your Smartphone or Google Calendar 🙂
