Does Adobe care about its customers?

I've been a monthly subscriber of Adobe Premiere for three years paying every month. The first year I paid $35/month (including tax). Then the next two years I paid $25 (including tax). Just got a subscription renewal for my fourth year that again they want to boost the price back to $35.

 

As a YouTuber barely making a cent and using these products daily it's very frustrating and what I  don't understand is why they rather see me go then to just continue to pay monthly. No offers, not a care. I also currently subscribe to Adobe Photshop with Lightroom and had Adobe After Effects for a year as well before that.

 

Why is it they rather give deals to attract new customers rather then keep the three year paying ones?
