This might work: go to the creative cloud app and go to the account icon at the very top right and click on it and choose "contact us."
Refunds are only available to new subscribers who have an annual plan and cancel it within the first 14 days of service.
After 14 days, you may cancel but you'll be asked to pay a 50% early termination fee.
