Duplicate Biiling

Unfortunately I was billed for duplicate plans since February 2021.  Looking for a good plan for my son's internship I purchased Creative Cloud All Apps for Students at $19.99. Not knowing that  I was still paying separately for Acrobat Pro DC at $14.99 and InDesign $20.99 which is already included in the Creative Cloud All Apps.  I began to question my monthly billing with Paypal after discovering so many chagrges from Adobe,  

 

This means I was paying $50.97 a month and actually duplicating Acrobat and Indesign.  I tried to cancel some of these plans and of course was faced with cancellation fees. I had to chat with a rep and they were ablt to cancel 2 of the plans however could only refund me 3 motnhs of duplication subscriptions.  So I had to eat about $216 dollars for duplicated services.  

 

I also noticed I had Adobe stock at $29.99 which I did not use at all, not one day. I started that plan in January 2021 and tried to cancel of course encurring a fee.  I asked the rep could they waive the fee since I had not used the service and also loosing over $200 in duplcated services. Of course they could not and the rep actually stated they were doing me a favor by accepting the alternative of the last three months being FREE. This means I still have to cancel come January and I guess if I just dont remember I will be STUCK again.  

 

This poilicy is definitley no different than those ungodly cell phone contracts.  I will defintiley find other alternatives to using future adobe subscriptions,

And you waited 10 months to check your credit card statements because....???

 

I'm very sorry but there's nothing this user-to-user forum can do about billing matters as we are just fellow product users, not Adobe employees.  Please contact support for assistance.
