Adobe uygulamalarını denemek için 1 haftalık ücretsiz sürümü denedim. photoshop uygulamasına giriş yaptığımda, güvenlik nedeniyle e-posta hesabıma bir kod gönderildiği söyleniyor, ancak bu e-posta hesabına erişemiyorum. Sorunu çözmek için ne yapmam gerekiyor?

i don't see how anyone in the op's position can sign into their adobe account. if they can't sign into their account, they can't change their email address. i think they have to start with adobe support.

Good point, Kglad. It is not completely clear if Hidayet even has access to the e-mail address/account under which the code was redeemed.

If they can access the account and receive the reset e-mail, then they can use the previously posted process to request a password reset. This should allow them to access the account and utilize the software or service redeemed.

well, at least, he's not going to be charged for failing to cancel the trial, because i don't he can start the trial without email confirmation.
