early termination fee, please help

You said that you paid the subscription for 13 months and that is the explanation. Subscriptions renew annually for a new term of a full year, if the subscription does not get cancelled in the last month of your subscription.

Is suggest you contact Adobe customer service as indicated by @John T Smith, @Nancy OShea and @kglad 

To avoid cancellation fees, you would have needed to cancel in your 12th month before it automatically renewed for another year.  Since you missed the cancellation window, you're being asked to pay an early termination fee. 

Fellow users can't fix anything.  You need to contact Adobe Support.

That is correct... when you did not cancel your subscription during the 12th month it renewed for another year, so cancelling now requires paying 1/2 of your remaining time
