Ein Jahr lang doppeltes Abo

Hallo, mir ist scheinbar etwas ärgerliches widerfahren.

Ich habe heute eine E-Mail von Adobe erhalten, dass ich offenbar seit einigen Monaten ein Abo doppelt laufen hatte.

Neben dem Foto-Abo habe ich zusätzlich Adobe Express für 9.99 Euro monatlich abonniert - weil mir nicht klar war, dass das Programm Teil des Abos ist.

 

Ich weiß, dass das mein Fehler ist, aber besteht die Möglichkeit mir das doppelt bezahlte irgendwie gutschreiben zu lassen?

many of those emails are erroneous.  they are from adobe, but seem to have been sent inappropriately to many users.

 

can your confirm from your credit card statement that you're being double billed?  if so, contact adobe support.

 

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Thanks for the quick response!

Yeah it was definitely from Adobe, cause I checked my account for the double abo and cancled it immediately. 

I'm a bit confused that it's possible to double-book an abonnement but once again, it was my fault not Adobes.
